cancellation/late policy
*Appointments canceled less than 24 hours before the service will be charged 50% of the scheduled service to the credit card on file.
* Any guest arriving 10 minutes late will have their service amended so that we can manage our schedule. Alternatively, your appointment can be rescheduled.
* If lateness becomes a challenge ( 3 times) the credit card on file will be processed for the total amount of the scheduled service and the service will be rescheduled.
